This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months with a high probability of opportunity for extension
Schedule: This is a hybrid role working 3 days/week in Rye, NY and 2 days remote
*Candidates must be willing to work fully onsite until training is completed
Pay rate: $26/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Job Description
Communicating with internal and external customers using both telephone and e-mails
Logging and tracking job information on various systems
Job scheduling
Compiling various status reports
Physical Requirements:
- This position required sitting at a workstation (desk) and working on computers for extended periods of time.
- The candidate must be able to push/pull/lift up to 20lbs in weight ) Stationary boxes of paper) as well as stoop, bend, reach and kneel in order to file documents.
- A valid drivers license is required in case travel to a different location if needed.
Must have technical or professional skills:
- Computer skills and competency in the Windows file-management platform and Microsoft Suite ( Outlook , Word, Etc.
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
- Computer Savvy
- Utilities background or experience is a huge plus
- Years of Experience required: 5 years min.
Education or certification requirements: Bachelor's Degree, willing to accept Associate Degree if additional years of experience
