Position Overview
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator to support the deployment of the ASPIRE program to our Indianapolis mega site (Wave 5b). This role will be part of both the local Wave 5b OCM team and the global ASPIRE OCM network, working closely with Change and Communications professionals to ensure a successful implementation.
Program Background
ASPIRE is a large-scale business transformation program aimed at delivering best-in-class, user-centric digital solutions. At its core is a harmonized, integrated enterprise process framework supported by SAP S/4HANA, replacing multiple outdated local and regional ERP systems. By following a unified template approach, core business processes will become more streamlined, scalable, and efficient across the enterprise.
Main Function
The OCM Coordinator will ensure that all change management aspects of the ASPIRE deployment are addressed, understood, and executed according to the deployment toolkit and project requirements. Acting as the local point of contact, this individual will coordinate with both global and local teams to support leadership, functional managers, and employees in navigating the transition successfully.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all OCM, communications, and training activities for the site.

Conduct local stakeholder and impact assessments.

Lead organizational impact analysis and develop a site-specific change plan.

Coordinate stakeholder-specific activities with communications and training teams.

Ensure adequate local resources are in place to support OCM activities.

Execute site-level OCM actions to ensure readiness for change.

Utilize OCM plans and templates provided in the deployment toolkit (or approved local equivalents).

Support organizational alignment and workforce transition activities as needed.

Monitor progress, report status, and provide feedback to the global OCM team.

Ensure completion of all assigned OCM deliverables.

Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, IT, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience in organizational change management within large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Background in ERP or technology-related transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with cultural and business practices in the assigned region.

PROSCI Practitioner Certificate (or equivalent OCM certification).

Strong stakeholder management skills in a corporate environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.

Track record of solving problems, overcoming resistance to change, and meeting deliverables.

Ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities or change agents.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with large IT service management projects.

SAP or S/4HANA project experience.

Prior involvement in enterprise transformation programs.
