Sales Specialist – Insurance Technology Solutions

The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll partner closely with the Sales Manager to identify, develop, and grow opportunities within a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts nationwide. You’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue—both by expanding relationships with existing clients and capturing new business—while engaging with VP and C-suite decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively prospect and generate interest in a diverse suite of insurance-related solutions.

  • Deepen existing client relationships, uncovering opportunities to expand product adoption.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify client challenges and present tailored, data-driven recommendations.

  • Act as a product expert—presenting capabilities with confidence to senior decision-makers.

  • Stay informed on market, policy, and legislative changes to anticipate client needs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless solutions throughout the sales cycle.

  • Negotiate contracts and oversee deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).

What You Bring

  • 3 years of enterprise-level, solution-based sales experience.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

  • Knowledge of stop-loss or broader insurance products.
