Job Description:
Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a leading manufacturer specializing in copper wire production. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues.

Work with copper wire processing equipment (experience preferred but not required).

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Requirements:

Technical training/certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields (or equivalent experience).

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (transition to night shift after training).

Experience in manufacturing (copper, wire, or metal processing a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
