Assembler Supervisor
Location: Troy NY
Pay: 70,000 - 75,000
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler Supervisor to lead and oversee daily activities on our production floor. This role is responsible for supervising assemblers, machine operators, and fabricators, ensuring safety regulations, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who drives efficiency, fosters teamwork, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility to work Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate production staff in the assembly and fabrication of company products.

Collaborate with other leaders to address conflicts, complaints, and grievances.

Participate in personnel activities including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and a positive work environment.

Conduct daily Gemba walks, safety audits, and quality checks to promote safety, collaboration, and quality excellence.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework.

Establish, implement, and maintain production standards.

Step in to perform key production tasks when necessary to maintain workflow.
