- Manage the process for improving overall performance of the paper manufacturing department
- Lead initiatives to improve the overall performance, quality and production of the paper machines and pulp prep areas
- Assist with planned machine outages and respond to unscheduled downtime events.
- Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and quality enhancements.
- Develop SOP’s and process management systems throughout the Paper Manufacturing areas.
