What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the bridge between talented skilled trade candidates and employers who need them. You'll:

Hunt for top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.

Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to identify skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Match qualified candidates with open skilled trades roles and guide them through the hiring process from first conversation to first day on the job.

Partner with clients as a trusted resource, understanding their needs and anticipating future workforce requirements.

Skill market standout candidates to potential employers to create new opportunities.

Maintain organized, accurate candidate records in our database.

Represent our company at job fairs, community events, and schools to keep our talent pipeline full.

Collaborate with the branch team to meet weekly goals for placements, lead generation, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

1 year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred) – skilled trades recruiting is preffered.

Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques.

Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple systems at once.

High energy, self-motivated, adaptable, and organized.

Excellent communication skills – you can build trust quickly with candidates and clients alike.

Knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus.
