We are currently hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to provide administrative support to a local municiple office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-focused, and confident with computer systems.
Perform routine clerical duties for the office including:
- Answer phone calls
- Greet visitors
- Answer questions and direct questions to appropriate personnel
- Accept bill payments
- Provide clerical / administrative support to staff
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a clerical support role
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Accounting experience a plus!
Pay - $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 8 am to 4:30 pm (flexible)
Duration: Indefinite need
