Redesign and Modernize a Mission-Critical HR Platform
We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect/Senior Developer to take the lead in refactoring a custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure. This is a unique opportunity to modernize a critical application, align it with evolving business needs, and deliver a solution that directly impacts both internal teams and the people they serve.
You'll be at the center of the project collaborating with HR professionals, IT leaders, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical reality. From architecture to deployment, you'll guide the application through a full transformation, leveraging Azure capabilities and modern development best practices to deliver a secure, scalable, and efficient platform.
What You'll Own

Partner with HR teams to understand workflows, terminology, and requirements and turn them into actionable technical solutions.

Refactor and enhance an existing .NET/C# HR application hosted on Azure for improved performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Design solutions in collaboration with IT architects and managers, ensuring they meet business and technical objectives.

Develop and deploy code using Azure Pipelines, with hands-on implementation of Azure Functions and related services.

Create test designs, test plans, and test data; execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing; track and resolve defects.

Support seamless implementation and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.

What You Bring

Strong background in .NET/C# application design, development, and refactoring.

Preferred: Familiarity with HR systems and processes, and/or integration with Ohio's ERP (OAKS).
