Performs routine troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical medical instruments and assemblies using released procedures, drawings, blueprints, etc.. to meet established quality and performance metrics. Performs functional testing of assemblies/instruments. This team supports 34 different medical devices
Responsibilities:
(70%) Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, adjusts, and tests analog/digital electromechanical medical instruments to established procedures and specifications
(15%) Accurately document repairs and/or tests on Quality Device History Records
(5%) Create labels and package medical instruments and assemblies
(5%) Complete daily work cell performance metric tracking
(5%) Evaluate repairs and complete customer repair quotes
Education:
Associate's Degree in Electronics from a two-year college or technical school
Equivalent Military experience
Experience:
4-7 years as an Electronic Technician or Service Technician
