JOB SUMMARY: Operates machines and equipment to clean, deburr, finish shells, and plate product using detailed processes, chemicals, and work instructions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follows company policies and procedures regarding Safety, Code of Ethics, Company Rules,5S, OSHA standards, ISO Quality Standards, ISO Environmental Standards, Work Instructions, and Confidential Information reporting possible violations to Management.
2. Make chemicals adds to process baths in accordance with work instructions.
3. Maintains equipment by inspecting and performing routine PM, reporting any issues to Management.
4. Operators burnish mills, dryers, plating equipment, and material handling equipment to clean, deburr, finish, plate, and transfer product.
5. Uses computer systems to operate equipment, enter production, access product standards, access work instructions, and access safety data.
6. Inspects product to verify product conformance.
7. Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION AND SCOPE OF POSITION: No supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
