Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute electrical and mechanical tests on hydrogen fuel cells and electrolyzer systems.
- Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test protocols accurately.
- Use computer interfaces or Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to load test profiles, analyze results, and log data.
- Operate manual hand tools and power tools safely for test preparation and adjustments.
- Use manual and powered material handling equipment (training provided).
- Identify and troubleshoot basic issues with sub-systems or components during testing.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and testing targets.
- Complete required documentation for test results, issues, and observations.
- Support additional tasks and cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in testing or electro-mechanical assembly roles.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical components.
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; LabView familiarity is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Experience using hand/power tools and basic measurement equipment.
- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Willingness to work overtime and adjust to shift demands as needed.
Multiple Shifts Available:
- Shift 2: 3:30 PM- 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Nights Per Week)
- Shift 4: 5:30 PM – 6 AM, Friday – Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Nights Per Week)
- Shift 4 Includes A 17% Shift Differential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 an Hour (Based on Experience, Interview, Etc.)
- 12% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 2
- 17% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 4
