Detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movements, and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts using inventory management systems

Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits

Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality

Document and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
-
Label products and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices

Coordinate with warehouse staff to track stock levels and replenishment needs

Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
-
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and effectively

Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in cold storage environments

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc. a plus)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Good communication and teamwork skills

8:00am - 4:00pm with the potential for mandatory OT
Sunday-Friday or Saturday-Thursday
2nd Shift
4:15pm - 12:30am with the potential for mandatory OT
