Are you a creative and data-savvy marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content, and analytics? We’re partnering with a mission-driven organization that supports dozens of dynamic professional and trade associations—and they’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to take their brand storytelling and client strategy to the next level.

In this newly created role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and content platforms. From boosting membership engagement to promoting high-impact events and conferences, your work will help fuel visibility, growth, and community across a range of industries.

This is more than a task-execution role—our client is looking for someone with ideas, initiative, and leadership potential. You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and step into a visible role where your voice and vision are valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and print platforms
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to guide content decisions and improve ROI
  • Manage and grow social media presence, web content, newsletters, and campaign assets
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and association stakeholders
  • Contribute to brand development, membership outreach, and event promotion
  • Help guide and mentor junior marketing staff

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data and using it to optimize plans
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and making an impact
  • Prior experience with membership associations or nonprofits is a plus, but not required
