We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-orientated Custodian in Fremont, OH. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring A welcoming and comfortable space for all employees, visitors, and clients.
Pay: $17.00/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday - 7am to 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Shoveling and salting entrances, walkways and emergency exits during the colder months.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist with setting up and teardown for company events or meetings as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored and maintained properly.
- Previous Custodial or Janitorial experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Follow instructions and adheres to guidelines.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
