Project Coordinator – Business Transformation
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 8 years
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Business Transformation Director for North America on high-impact transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, resolving open issues, and facilitating communication across field and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support business transformation initiatives by coordinating project activities and schedules

Provide regular team status updates and track key milestones

Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve outstanding issues

Manage project documentation and reporting requirements

Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow tools is a plus

Excellent organizational and communication skills

High degree of creativity, initiative, and problem-solving ability

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
Reporting Structure:
Reports to a supervisor or manager and works closely with the Business Transformation Director.
