Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support personnel by entering and organizing data across various computer systems and assisting with clerical and field-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational, computer, and communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. While primarily office-based, this role also involves occasional work in the mill and adherence to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage data in systems such as SAP, Meridium, Microsoft Excel, and other job-specific platforms (training provided).

Organize, file, and analyze documentation and records.

Perform clerical duties and general administrative support.

Collect data in the field as needed.

Work collaboratively with internal personnel to support ongoing operations.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE when entering the facility.

Candidate must be adaptable to shifting priorities and duties based on business needs.

Previous experience with SAP or Meridium is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
