Job Title: Human Resource Team Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: *** (Based on experience)

Position Summary:
The Human Resource Team Assistant will support the HR department with scanning, organizing, and creating files for sensitive employee documents. This role also includes general clerical duties and logistical support for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and organize highly confidential employee files.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and programs, including room reservations, agenda preparation, and material distribution.

  • Schedule conference rooms and manage catering needs.

  • Distribute internal communications and announcements.

  • Document meeting discussions and distribute notes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience with standard office equipment (printers, copiers).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and organization.
