Temporary Account Operations Associate
Our client, a well-established financial institution with a strong local presence, known for its commitment to community and service excellence, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support back-office account operations, including account maintenance, reconciliations, and document processing.

Location: Albany, NY (Fully Onsite role)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $18-20/hr.
Duration: 6-month assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Process verification requests and assist with record retention
- Review reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
- Handle mail, service requests, and data reporting
- Support functions related to IRAs, HSAs, and account openings
Qualifications:
- 1 year of related experience (banking, data entry, accounting, or admin)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems
This is an entry-level, fully on-site role. While this is a temporary position, there is the possibility of permanent openings which could arise during the assignment!
