Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Dayforce HCM suite, ensuring successful deployment across payroll, HR, learning management, performance management, and timekeeping functions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to best practice governance
  • Facilitate organizational transformation and technology adoption through effective change management processes
  • Provide strategic insights to optimize business processes enabled by technology, enhancing and extending system functionalities
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team
  • Coordinate with related projects for seamless integration and functionality, particularly with payroll and timekeeping implementations
  • Oversee the operation and support of the software, managing upgrades, testing, training, and organizational change tasks
  • Engage with business owners to analyze requests, assess business value, and ensure resource availability

What You'll Need

Required

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale HCM implementations, preferably with Dayforce
  • Proven consulting experience with a Big 4 or large organization is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end human capital business processes, from hire to retire, enabled by technology
  • Strong understanding of the impact of technology on business processes and the importance of organizational change management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage technical tasks and resources for environment management, security, performance optimization, and system enhancements
