Looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer and Technical Lead to develop modern web applications that meet business needs and deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive UI components using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
Collaborate on database schema design and data model implementation
Lead code peer reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, standards, and documentation
Investigate and resolve technical issues; deliver reliable, high-performing solutions
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth
Required Experience: candidate must have 8 years of experience for the items below
Proficiency in full-stack development with React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
Strong experience with Drizzle ORM or similar database schema management tools
Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security best practices and hands-on security testing
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Mocha) for unit and integration testing
