Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business preferred
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in data entry and customer service; SAP experience preferred
Position Summary:
The Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and resolution of service-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, including orders, quotes, complaints, and general information requests.

Enter and maintain customer orders and quotations accurately throughout the fulfillment process, including updates and changes as needed.

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, etc.) to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.

Uphold service level agreements and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team environment.
