- Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues related to machine malfunctions, material problems, or process inconsistencies.
- Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Setup and Calibration:
Preparing machines for production, including mold changes, setting machine parameters, and verifying proper functionality.
- Machine Operation:
Setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
