Job Title: Day Warehouse Coordinator
Schedule: TBD | Some overtime may be required
Position Type: Onsite | Temp-to-hire opportunity


Position Summary:

The Day Warehouse Coordinator supports the warehouse team and logistics functions by performing general clerical duties within the receiving office. This role involves assisting clerks with order processing, driver check-in/check-out, and will call preparation, as well as filing and sorting documentation as assigned by management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist receiving clerks with processing inbound orders and checking out drivers

  • Support will call operations, ensuring outgoing orders are prepared accurately

  • Perform filing, sorting, and documentation tasks related to warehouse activities

  • Respond to general inquiries regarding warehouse operations in line with company policies

  • Learn and utilize internal systems and procedures efficiently


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems

  • Familiarity with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to dynamic tasks

  • Team-oriented and collaborative

  • Calm and composed under pressure
