The Position
Litigation Associate
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with discovery requests and responses.
  • Draft pre-trial motions, including dispositive motions.
  • Attend Court conferences, hearings, depositions and ADR.
  • Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
  • Interface with Clients and opposing counsel.
  • Efficiently conduct legal research.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for trial.
Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of New York
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong writing skills required
