Job Title: Temporary Maintenance and Special Projects Associate

Pay Rate: $21.85 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance and Special Projects Associate to join our team for a 4–6 month assignment. This position plays a key role in supporting our full-time Maintenance Technician and assisting with various facility improvement projects. If successful, this role may evolve into a full-time opportunity within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Maintenance Technician with daily facility upkeep and maintenance tasks

Complete special projects such as building shelving, organizing storage areas, and assembling fixtures

Perform light carpentry, basic repairs, and minor installations as needed

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support general facility improvement initiatives and assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Previous experience in facility or building maintenance preferred

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipment

Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
