Position Summary:
An industry leader in the manufacturing equipment provider industry is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Executive to lead revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. This position requires a high-performing professional with a strong B2B sales background, strategic thinking, and a commitment to providing an outstanding service to our customers!

Location: Tempe, AZ
Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing
Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000/year


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and support long-term business growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions in coordination with internal technical and service teams.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads from trade shows, referrals, cold calls, and online research.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics (KPIs); participate in weekly sales meetings and submit regular activity updates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting exceptional customer service and quality across all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate client information and activities in CRM software

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally involving capital equipment or technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
