Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Campus Talent Advisor to lead on-campus recruiting strategies focused on attracting, screening, and hiring top university talent for intern, co-op, and early career roles across our business units. This role will collaborate closely with business leaders and program managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals while promoting diversity and strengthening university partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle campus recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates.

Partner with business leaders to define recruiting strategies, event calendars, and hiring timelines.

Lead the development of employer branding assets, including social media strategy, paid campaigns, and career site content in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.

Serve as the primary liaison with colleges, universities, and student organizations; track performance and engagement metrics.

Represent the company at campus events, job fairs, and webinars; deliver presentations and training sessions.

Build diverse candidate pipelines and execute inclusive recruitment strategies.

Oversee the Intern Summer Series Program, coordinating developmental and networking activities.

Monitor and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, diversity statistics).

Stay informed of market trends and best practices to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruiting and campus event management.

Proven success in executing diversity recruitment strategies.

Strong proficiency with ATS, CRM, social media, and predictive hiring tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak recruiting seasons.
