Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction
- Accurately document and update customer records in internal systems
- Update and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with maintaining and updating website content as needed
- Assist with shipping tasks, including preparing labels, coordinating with carriers, and tracking orders
- Process data entry and administrative support tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Typing speed of 50–60 WPM
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar customer-facing role
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
- Experience with shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, US Government Client online tools)
