What You’ll Be Doing

  • Solution Sales: Engage directly with end users to deliver tailored equipment and spare parts solutions—leveraging existing tools and templates to produce accurate quotes and proposals.

  • Project Ownership: See each job through from sale to shipment. You’ll own timelines, vendor follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Client Strategy: Build and grow relationships with existing and new customers. Offer consultative recommendations, including project-specific spare parts planning.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and service teams to align production schedules and on-site service coordination.

  • Parts Expertise: Drive aftermarket and repeat business by recommending and fulfilling spare parts orders—proactively and reactively.


What We’re Looking For

  • Sales Background: Prior inside sales experience required—bonus if you’ve worked in an engineered products or industrial B2B environment.

  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with boilers, ASME-compliant systems, or technical equipment is a plus (but not a dealbreaker).

  • Tech Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills—especially Excel for quoting and communication tools like Outlook and Teams.

  • Personality Matters: Organized, accountable, customer-obsessed, and a natural problem solver who gets things done without being micromanaged.
