We're seeking a Punch Press Setup Technician who's ready to own the full setup, operation, and light repair of complex tooling and die systems. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in precision manufacturing where your expertise will directly impact production quality and efficiency.

• $21–$28/hour, depending on experience

• Set up and operate punch presses using progressive, compound, combination, and forming/drawing dies
• Adjust machine timing, air/mechanical knockout devices, ram stroke, automatic feeds, and more
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment or die malfunctions — and make or recommend corrections
• Perform light tool and die repair work, new die work-in, and preventive maintenance
• Approve setups in collaboration with Quality Control and maintain consistent part quality
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and digital comparators to perform part inspections
• Report machine performance and quality through proper documentation and communication

• Previous experience setting up metal punch press or stamping machines.
• Strong background in metal stamping industry.
• Experiece with precision measuring devices.
• Problem-solving mentality and strong mechanical intuition.
• The ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
