We're looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team and help us build the jigs, fixtures, and dies that keep our world-class operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you know your way around a lathe, can read a blueprint like a road map, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your tooling come to life on the floor — we want to meet you.
- $28–$38/hour, depending on experience

- Potential training as an internal ISO auditor — grow your skills!
- Construct, adjust, and repair precision tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges — some of the most complex and critical components of our process.
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape parts to exacting tolerances.
- Fit, assemble, and test tooling with die setters to ensure everything performs to spec.
- Diagnose die issues and implement hands-on fixes that keep production running.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Apply your math skills and tool knowledge to visualize, plan, and execute high-tolerance work.
- Completion of a certified apprenticeship or a solid four-year in-house or equivalent training program.
- Strong background in metal stamping and tool tryout experience.
- Mastery of hand tools, bench work, and machine operations.
- Problem-solving mentality and strong mechanical intuition.
- The ability to work under routine supervision, but with a proactive, independent mindset.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday
