Position: Deburring & Texturizing Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: We have 1st and 2nd shifts available
1st Shift hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
2nd shift hours are:
Monday – Thursday 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Off on Fridays.- Hello long weekends!

What You'll Be Doing:

Use hand tools and motorized equipment to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections

Follow specific processing instructions and blueprints

Use magnification (up to 10X) to inspect and finish parts

Handle parts carefully to avoid surface damage

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Achieve daily production goals while meeting high-quality standards
What You Need to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic math, spelling, and English skills

Manual dexterity and ability to use grinders, buffing wheels, speed lathes, and belt sanders

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Strong attention to detail – your eye for precision matters!

Experience reading blueprints is a plus, but not required
