Position Title: Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Specialist to support the execution of go-to-market strategies through accurate and timely management of product and pricing information. This role is vital in maintaining data integrity across systems including Salesforce and a Content Management System (CMS), while collaborating cross-functionally to support the launch and retirement of SKUs, pricing structures, and promotional codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SKU Facilitation: Collaborate with Product Marketing to interpret SKU requirements, complete necessary documentation, and submit setup requests.

  • SKU Monitoring & Management: Work with the Marketing Services team to monitor and manage SKU creation, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

  • Pricing Operations: Accurately configure and remove pricing, discount schedules, and promotional codes within Salesforce to support product launches and sunsets.

  • Data Integrity & Testing: Create and execute test orders in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure SKU functionality and data accuracy across systems.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve SKU-related discrepancies and data inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Content Management: Update and maintain product names, descriptions, and metadata within the Contentful CMS.

  • Store Support: Address and resolve support issues related to store systems and product data.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-Starter & Adaptability: Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adjust to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales support experience in a customer-facing environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
