Warehouse & Shipping Associate (Overnight Shift)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our overnight team. This role involves repackaging dairy products, managing shipping/receiving tasks, and supporting various warehouse functions in a cold storage environment (32°F). The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, technology, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package and repackage gallon milk containers into designated boxes
- Create and assemble boxes for packaging
- Operate tape machines for sealing products
- Use a computer system to close delivery routes accurately
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring inventory accuracy
- Work in a refrigerated environment (32°F) throughout the shift
- Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for 8 hours
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
