What You’ll Do
- Originate loans while leading and managing your own branch
- Recruit, train, and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs)
- Build long-lasting referral relationships with Realtors®, builders, and developers
- Oversee application-to-closing pipeline and ensure loan quality standards
- Stay ahead of local/state/national lending compliance requirements
What You Bring
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
- Proven experience in loan origination and branch-level leadership
- Strong understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and financial analysis skills
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for sales and growth
