Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager
Summary:
The Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for quality and service excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
