Under direct supervision, evaluates customers' needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
- Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Company-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
- Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
- Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Follows all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
- Customer service, working at counter, warehouse responsibilities, standup forklift experience preferred.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
- General HVAC knowledge required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual strongly preferred
