Job Title: Night Warehouse Clerk (Coordinator, Operations)
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Position Summary:
The Night Warehouse Clerk will support night warehouse and logistics operations by handling clerical tasks and providing administrative support to warehouse and transportation leadership. This role ensures efficient processing of documentation, communication, and data tracking to help maintain smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process routine warehouse and transportation documents (e.g., inbound documents, discrepancy reports, time sheets, DVIRs, shipping labels)

Respond to internal inquiries and provide support to staff and leadership

Collect, verify, and input operational data for performance metrics (shorts, mispicks, damages, overtime, trailer temp logs, etc.)

Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and basic reports for management

Monitor and order office supply inventory as needed

Occasionally assist in warehouse areas, including refrigerated environments

Perform additional clerical or support duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative experience

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Comfortable working night shifts and occasionally in warehouse conditions
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a distribution or logistics environment

Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service Regulations and warehouse software (e.g., Red Prairie, Kronos, Omnitracs, Airclic)

Knowledge of local delivery areas
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Occasional walking, standing, reaching, bending, and twisting

Must be able to grasp and manipulate objects and perform basic manual tasks (e.g., typing, handling paperwork)
