Final Assembly / Lacing – Heat Exchange | 1st Shift OR 2nd Shift
Tulsa, OK | $20–$28/hr ($2/hour different added for 2nd Shift) | Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 3:30 PM – 2 AM
Occasional Friday overtime | Weekly pay | Full-time, contract-to-hire

In this role, you'll take part in the final assembly process—with a special focus on lacing and securing internal components critical to product performance and durability.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform final-stage assembly of heavy-duty mechanical systems used in industrial cooling

Precisely lace and secure tubing or internal coil components using wire, bands, or other fasteners

Use basic hand tools to complete final fitment of motors, props, and frame components

Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and build instructions

Ensure all parts are properly aligned, secured, and meet quality expectations

Follow daily production schedules and communicate progress to leads

Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
What You Bring to the Table:

Previous experience assembling heat exchangers, coils, or similar mechanical products
-
Skilled in manual tasks requiring accuracy and dexterity (lacing, tie-wiring, binding components)

Comfortable using hand tools such as wire cutters, pliers, and drills

Familiar with reading blueprints or technical work diagrams

Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks

A strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
Environment & Safety:

Work is performed in a non-temperature-controlled shop with exposure to dust, noise, and metal particles

Safety gear is provided and required (glasses, boots, hearing protection, etc.)

This is classified as a safety-sensitive position and requires full compliance with all safety policies
Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Occasional Friday or weekend overtime based on production demand
