Logistics Account Coordinator- Buffalo/ Tonawanda, NY

Role Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Account Coordinator to join operations team. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities in the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Essential Functions:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of orders.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform regular inventory audits.
• Accurately updating customers’ and company’s software to ensure accurate record keeping
• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions to issues that arise before, during and after shipments
• Willing to complete other duties as clearly defined

Requirements, Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree is required, although candidates with HS or GED with 3-5 years' experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Understanding and utilization of best practices in brokered freight
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

Pay & Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$23-$25 per hour, depending on experience
