Looking for a steady first-shift job in a hands-on environment? Nesco Resource is hiring a Flex Labor / Material Handler for a well-established company in West Haven! This temp-to-hire opportunity offers stability, growth, and a great team environment.
Shift & Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What You'll Do:
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support production.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Prior material handling or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!
