Job Description:
We are seeking 3–4 dependable individuals to join our JLG assembly team on 1st shift. This position involves assembling large, lightweight components using hand tools and lift tables. After initial training, the role becomes repetitive and production-focused. Some overtime may be required at the start of the assignment, but it is not guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble large but lightweight parts using hand tools
- Safely operate lift tables to move and position components
- Follow standard work instructions for complete assembly
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and supervisors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks after initial training
- Experience with hand tools is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, no drama, and willingness to contribute to a respectful workplace
- Open to working some overtime, as needed (not guaranteed)
