We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to support enterprise infrastructure and cloud services. This role will focus on Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and general IT operations support across a large-scale environment. Ideal candidates will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with cloud platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise tools

  • Manage user access, permissions, and configurations in cloud environments

  • Respond to and resolve Level 2–3 support tickets related to IT infrastructure

  • Support patching, security updates, and system maintenance tasks

  • Coordinate incident resolution and root cause analysis

  • Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or cloud administration

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365

  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and network fundamentals

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Proficient with ITSM/ticketing systems and monitoring tools

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

  • Experience with Splunk, Tenable, or Cisco Meraki is a plus

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) | Monday–Friday, standard business hours
