What You’ll Do
Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Own prospecting through close—targeting attorneys and firm decision-makers
Generate New Business: Use cold outreach, networking, events, and referrals to build your book
Understand Client Needs: Identify pain points and tailor solutions across billing, collections, and cash flow services
Conduct Sales Conversations: Deliver compelling virtual or in-person presentations that position value over features
Build Relationships: Establish long-term client trust in a field where reputation is everything
Negotiate & Close: Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
Track Your Wins: Use a CRM to keep your pipeline updated and sales activity organized


What You Bring
Sales Experience: 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales—bonus points for legal tech, SaaS, fintech, or agency backgrounds
Track Record: History of meeting or beating quota in a professional services environment
Industry Fluency: Ability to quickly understand the business mechanics of small-to-mid-sized law firms
Communication Skills: Confident in conversations with high-level professionals; polished and persuasive
Tech Comfort: CRM-savvy and able to navigate sales tools without hand-holding
Drive & Discipline: Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based culture
