Position: Manufacturing Pricing & Cost Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on professional to support pricing, cost analysis, and production scheduling within our manufacturing facilities. This role involves frequent interaction with internal and external customers and provides broad exposure to all aspects of our divisional manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze pricing strategies and cost data

Assist in production scheduling and process optimization

Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email

Learn and understand machine capabilities to support accurate quoting and production planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong aptitude for numbers, including decimals and fractions

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multi-task and contribute both independently and as part of a team

Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations and continuous learning
Education & Experience:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred (Business or Accounting concentration ideal)

Experience in pricing, cost analysis, and customer communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AS400 is a plus
