• Package materials for shipment
• Process shipments electronically in applicable systems
• Maintain housekeeping in work area
• Maintain supplies
• Identifying incoming shipments and applying the Bill of Lading to the applicable shipment ID
• Check for any damage to received goods and document along with notifying supervisor
• Fill out receiving paperwork and process appropriately, enter information electronically into applicable system
• Identify storage condition required for product
• Share Responsibility for responding to afterhours emergencies to ensure integrity of the facility and products are maintained.
• Understand temperature and time as they relate to shipping and storage needs
• Clean and maintain the Warehouse facility and chambers
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) to complete documentation for incoming shipments and specific in-house procedures and work instructions
• Report questionable issues to management for evaluation and determination
• Familiar with temperature monitoring devices
• All other duties as assigned
Quals--
HS Diploma/ Equivalent with less than 1 year of related experience.
