Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Global Markets (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–1pm


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to support our Global Markets Finance team. This role delivers timely, accurate financial reporting, analysis, and decision support to Global Markets leaders and the broader Finance organization. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to drive insight and improve performance, partnering closely with both WHQ and in-market finance teams.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Lead complex financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver monthly business review highlights for leadership.

  • Strengthen financial review capabilities across Global Markets and in-country finance teams.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Review and evaluate local forecasts and annual targets to ensure alignment with market strategy.

  • Provide actionable business insights through detailed financial analysis.

  • Utilize data analytics to assess trends and develop performance improvement strategies.

  • Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario planning for senior leadership.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and local business units on strategic initiatives.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor across the Global Markets organization.

  • Collaborate with local and corporate finance teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and compliance.

  • Support ad hoc reporting, presentations, and special projects as needed.

ERP Implementation

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the upcoming ERP (SAP S4/HANA) implementation.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.

  • 7 years of relevant experience (or 5 years with CPA or equivalent credential).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Familiarity with BI dashboard and data visualization tools (preferred).

  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA toolsets (a plus).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
