Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the composite manufacturing team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring production schedules are met.
- Aid in the process of making components.
- Aid implementation and monitor quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards in composite component manufacturing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules, goals and budget constraints.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies for production.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices, creating a safe working environment for all team members.
- Oversee maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
