Job Title: Incentive Operations Analyst

Position Summary

The Incentive Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the accurate processing of incentive compensation payments for a designated line of business. This entry-level to mid-level role ensures adherence to compensation plans and compliance standards while assisting with process improvements and system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process incentive compensation disbursements accurately for a small, less complex line of business.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to support broader incentive compensation operations.

  • Investigate and respond to incentive pay-related inquiries from employees.

  • Support analysis and validation of incentive compensation payouts.

  • Assist with risk and compliance tasks related to internal audits and reviews.

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Participate in system enhancement testing and implementation.

  • Assist in evaluating incentive plan changes and their operational impact.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience with incentive compensation administration systems (preferred)


Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Commitment to ethical conduct and client-first principles


Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • General office environment with prolonged sitting

  • Frequent use of computer and telephone

  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 10 lbs.
